Malik on Duty Achievement - missed it twice in a row (spoilers)

Did 2 playthroughs, in both of them I listened to the radio every day and broadcast everything I learned (price of coffee goes up, weather getting cold/warmer etc.). I think I have also explored every location available before Malik either dies or runs away and broadcast everything I learned there:
- the supply truck
- the dude trapped in the toy shop
- the sniper
- the prisoners
- the 3 decision events

What the hell am I missing?

I havent tried it yet, but basically what people said, dont end game before day 20, that means keep malik alive till day 20 for the last news on the bottom

News 1 : Sniper at the park
News 2 : Coffe price from Franko
Received - Sniper change location
News 3 : Food in the gas station
News 4 : Fuel in the gas station
News 5 : Imprisoned men in central station
Received - Imprisonend men saved
News 6 : Novak betrayal / hiding Novak identity
Received : Novak get handled
News 7 : Trapped man inside toy building
Received : trapped man saved
News 8 : Pharmacy empty / Pharmacist report on soldier attack
Received : result of the attack
Received : rebel being thankful or people critic
News 9 - Received : Cold weather
News 10 - Received : Cold weather passed
News 11 : Explosion in brewery by gas / or by military
News 12 : Tobbacco Price (day 17)

You both are missing the part, where someone visits you to tell you, that if you continue to broadcast the events about the military, they will kill you.

So you've to broadcast, that you wont back up. Sometimes this event happens with other events on the same day, so you have to use the broadcast system twice a time.

And the day 20-thing, is a hoax.Unlocked it the first time on day 18, resetted it for my guide and unlocked it on day 19 again.

hold up, i had that one on my second run, right after novak case, yet the achievment didnt pop up

Well it isnt listed in your post above. So is it hard to believe, that you propably missed something else, too ?!. :)
According to the global-statistics, it worked for many people.

Im gonna reset my achievment and give it a new run. Gonna post the screenshot then.

i forgot to put it, but, i remember i got it on second run, somewhere after novak case

Ok so the trick is basically not to rush it. And stay at home after the Decrepit Squat. Pretty counterintuitive but ok.

Ok finally got it. Btw it seems you don't have to capture and broadcast all messages within a single game, it apparently works for all your playthroughs together. Because this time around I got the achievement even before the event with the Brewery shelling. It popped after the late game (day 21) message about intense fighting in the streets, which is the one I probably failed to broadcast the last two times.

Well that would still not explain, why people are complaining about they dont got the achievment, altough they got all 26 available notes.

Wondering how that could be possible ?!
Are they simply lying ?

No idea. I have a feeling I actually did broadcast that particular message before but didn't get the achievement so yeah...

Also I think there's a related bug because at one point Franko tells you about cheap cigarettes, the "New information available" orange tag appears but you have no option to broadcast it, plus in Malik's list of broadcasted messages there is already one about cigarettes (the one about corrupt officials).

Maybe it's just all slightly borked for the moment.

Yeah, thats a reasonable explanation.
I mean just take a look on the amount of people, who cant even run the newest episode.
Mods also seem to have a huge impact on the stability and as a consequence, the achievments,too.

Here's what happened to me:

I had 24 or 25 and after broadcasting the final "multiple regions fights" message, it did NOT unlock for me. So I exited to the menu before passing the day and repeated it in the same way and it unlocked.
