Max Survivors?
I have never had more than 4. Even with a mod for 6 survivors I cannot get more than 4.

Same here. I never had more than four survivors. I have not played a 80 day survival, yet. Maybe for there will be more people then... hmm...

Right. Still, will someone join, if you lose a character? I lost one in one of my games, but nobody came afterwards.

don`t know if they changed it, but i had a max of 5 survivors... started with 4, and at day 30 or so another came... no mods, and it was before dlc`s :)

They did change it, now the max is 4. But if you lose someone another should join a few days later.

Which mod did you use? Changing the number of survivors is a bit tricky, but it works very well. You could even have all 22 characters at the same time :steammocking: ...not playable at all of course because of how cramped the shelter would be.

I'd like to know that too. Haven't been able to find any working mods that increase the survivor limit.

If you don't mind a bit more challenge, my Survival mods up the limit to 6 characters and Endless War to 12. You could also change it yourself if you prefer by following this guide, search for "Change dweller cap to 6" and make the same changes in Storyteller : link
