I don't know if you need to exit after her, but I did, and my character were content :)
For information, the men are unarmed, but still dangerous and hostile when you come back later.
The drunk dudes are really weak, if they attack you and your character auto retaliates you can almost kill them by accident.
Don't know why, but the first time I took on these guys they were easy, but the second time they killed my survivor.
You can just dig the pile she will run to exit (right side) & escape, you can then also run in that direction back into the building, the drunks stop chasing, they seem to prefer to guard the left side (if there's been any combat this could change).
If you want to get past the drunks and loot the good stuff in the left side building (after she's escaped) you got to deal with them. That means either killing them or injuring them (making them run away)..
A self defence method would be to attempt to run past them, they get aggressive and try to attack you, just because they attack first doesn't mean they will land the first shot, if your character auto retaliates (without you specifically attacking them) they get hurt and run away (no killing occurred).
IIRC I've had a well fed Zlata & well fed Pavel perform well here (both times armed with something decent, axe/knife, no armor).
Either way, they're unarmed and relatively easy to fight (only slightly wounded, Marko with hatchet). Returning on another night and killing / wounding them counts as killing bandits.
This odd issue of player running too fast and ruining everyone's moods just feels like such a classic 11bit studio / TWOM thing. "Oh hey, a locked cabinet in hospital.. Let me unlock it and give the meds to the doc so he can save-- WAIT NO I'M NOT TRYING TO STEAL DONT SHOOT"
I was spooked by the location before and she triggered.. the trigger . no men chasing her afterwards, seems the event bugged out after that because noone was unhappy or complained and the location was free for looting.
I searched for brewery afterwards and stumbled upon this convo because the whole situation made no sense to me. Was she yelling to others because of me and those others left or did she has a bomb or did i not see something. very strange.
She's running away from 2 drunk.
No more watching the news before playing for you mister !
gamewise : "happy little accident" - Bob Ross , because location free for looting
reality : in war you don´t run screaming towards strangers at night, don´t do that.
news : i don´t watch them, so whatever they told you, good for you , i hope it helps you more than experience and instincts when it comes to such difficult situations where you can´t "load the day"
