Fading Embers difficulty p. crazy

Seems like there isn't enough wood in the early game to build everything, plus the chick only has a very limited carry capacity. My first playthrough failed coz I was short 2 woods to build additional bed and then the chick was too exhausted to go anywhere.

What's your build and scavenge order?

Thats the point. You must struggle and think what's more important human life or art that's immortal.
Don't build almost nothing in 1 shelter. And in secend don't upgrate nothing beside heater.

It is difficult at first. But then when you move to the museum, things started to get easier. The struggle is to keeping warm all the time.

Is there any point saving the painting and other memorabilia in your first house instead of turning it into fuel?

Do you lose all in your shelter when you move to museum please ?

You can carry stuff over but not everything. Maybe 15 slots of items.
