Invincible colonel in Fading Embers
I'm trying to raid the army outpost. I can kill everyone else in there but the colonel is a superman and can kill me with punches but I can't touch him. It's very annoying! I know this is probably because of the plot but still...

The colonel is tough, but is not impossible to kill. I absolutely hated the army in the game. So I got a bulletproof vest, a assault rifle, 60 rounds, a hatchet, went to the army base, kill the way leading officer by back stabbing him, and the siren will go off, climb onto the guard tower then start shooting anyone that dares enter your range, the colonel might show up, just ignore him and kill every other soldiers. Leave the base when its done (better to take away bullets and rifles from corpses because its going to disappear). Go there again next day, there wont be siren, take a hatchet and bulletproof vest with you, go straight to the colonel's office, go to the corner of the room, colonel will attack you with two moves, fist or elbow knocking, if you stay in corner there could be more chances he will use elbow, which only deals a small amount of damage, and your character will auto deflect the attack with hatchet, and the colonel is dead. There's nothing on his corpse, but killing him is so satisfying, also if he has low hp, he might stop attacking you and ask you to leave, just steal something or hide before him and there's a chance he will attack again.

Does it change the ending sequence if you kill him ?

No, he is still alive and well in the story narrative line rather then being a corpse in the army base orz

That is so very stupid script.
Being able to kill him should not be possible, that would not be realistic in a real war.
They should have put more guards. Or something like a scripted event like you get one shot if you attempt anything in his office.
