How to treat slightly wounded without using bandages?
For slightly sick, i let that person not hungry and sleep in bed at night, but for slightly wounded i did the same and even let that person well fed and sleep in bed at night for 3 days ans it makes no differences.

let them sleep the whole day without activity, its a RNG to see if they get better or not. Also keep it warmer than normal

It takes a long while for wounds to heal via rest.

The game is setup to make you failt no matter what. It's not really a soild game.

Its a survival simulator. If you are unable to survive you should keep trying. I never owned my very own Stand Up Arcade Pac Man, but I put enough quarters into one to own it.

More a case of certain people expecting another simple weightless items in bottomless bags superman simulation survival game and not being solid enough to handle the reality.

I think it depends on the character. Some of them don't need bandages or meds for slightly wounded, or slightly sick.
But, if you do find that after 2-3 days they don't get well, you have to bandage/ medicate them.

What if you bandage the woudned up and let him / her rest afterwards, does this heal up the process faster?

I found quite often that with slightly wounded you can take them out for the night and they get home healed the next day (assuming they didn't get into any more fights).
