Visited Ruined Villa and Is this a bug?

Scenario of a man and woman.

This is my second visit of this place, the first visit was before both the heavy figiting & the snow falling. Last time I did not steal anything, and the NPC discovered me.

This time when I came , all the scavenge points showed as "Normal Looting". The previous time they were shown as owned property, adding or taking anything would be counted as stealing.

This would appear if the player visit bandit camp or military area. But why ruined villa?

If you kill everyone at a location, then it is no longer stealing. Did you kill the man and woman? If not, I assume the heavy fighting or the snow killed them so the property isn't owned by anyone which means you are merely scavenging rather than looting.

They were still alive and looking for me. Even those private property containers' icon changed into scavenge point, I still avoid to loot.

The Ruined Villa can be a tricky location. Previously this location had a looting problem; the spots remained private property no matter what. After many tries to fix this, this location and a couple others can be kinda funny sometimes. Though they are marked as open to loot, you will probably still get a mood hit for looting from the elderly couple. Though if a location has soldiers or bandits, it is usually ok to loot from them the following night once a location is clear.

there is a difference in the icon logo for stealing or normal looting ?? havent seen that.
