that was recently, when they uploaded the new Distant Stars achievements. So I would assume the new goal for "Peacekeeper", might only trigger tomorrow, when 2.1 goes live. I would assume until then you still have to "pacifist" the galaxy the old way.

Of course with the update tomorow, you probably need to start a fresh game to play 200 years in peace to trigger it. It is unlikely that your current gamesave might work for it, but you could try of course.
Right now where the achievement might stay in 2.0 Limbo, I would suggest you try the the easy solution in above guide, with making only pacifist empires force spawn in a small galaxy without anything else (no falen, marauders, etc) and check if that works before the patch hits tomorrow.

Are you on Ironman mode?

And got no mods on?

I am in iron mode and have no mods on. I was able to gain another achievement this game, but just not the one I was aiming for.

What are your ethics?
LocalFire May 20, 2018 @ 9:33pm
you have to be a pacifist.

My ethics is pacifist.

Did the game change versions? Sometimes a version change causes achievements to break because it ends up believing the previous save was modded, or if you used the beta version at any time during that 300 years.

I don't think so. It is possible though. Not sure when the last update occured.

Oh, end game crisis? May count as a war? Or Khan?

I did take out Khan. But didn't think it counted since there was no declaration of war.

Peacekeeper - As a pacifistic empire, have all other independent empires be pacifistic as well.

I don't know what you expect with 300 years without war, but that is not what the achievement is asking you to do. Your single goal for that is having a galaxy only populated by pacifist empires (at least two. You and one other). How you do that is up to you.

Mine says something very different from the one you have listed in the achievement guide.

"Peacekeeper
As a pacifist Empire, be at peace for 200 consecutive years (crises do not count as wars)"

Don't have a screen shot since I have no idea how to take one.

That does make sense. Thank you.
