whenever i try to enter my world it says "world not setup"
i can't enter my wooooooooorld please help !
EDIT : after spamming it for several minutes, it worked
We're not struggling to see stuff, I am currently building and everything is acting normal, but every few minutes we are losing connection
That sounds like a problem connecting -- I'll include the usual troubleshooting below. Give this stuff a shot:
- Set Steam to run as an Administrator (Right-click the Steam shortcut > Properties > Compatibility > Select 'Run this program as an administrator').
- Make an exception for the Steam folder in your Anti-Virus program. (e.g. instructions for Avast users are here[www.getavast.net])
- Add this site as an exception to any apps blocking HTML pages: thereafter.herokuapp.com (e.g. instructions for Malwarebytes users are here[www.malwarebytes.org])
- Make sure you have these ports unblocked in your firewall:
If these fixes don’t help, you'll be able to find additional information and troubleshooting in this pinned thread.- UDP 14000 - 15000
- UDP 27000 - 27037
- UDP 4380
- TCP 27014 - 27050
More info about these ports here.In a reply to make it easier,
My steam is always running as Asministrator.
I have even closed and disabled my antivirus for the process of testing.
i have also added thereafter.herokuapp.com just to be extra sure.
the ports are forwarded and disabled local firewall.
The other thing we noticed was will be fine in the server and we both drop at the exact same time.
That alone points that it is not with us and we are on different internet lines and providers
With that our world name is Fairgaming
When many people have exactly the same issue at the same time the problem is server side.
I just hope they will figure it out and fix it asap.
To be clear, everyone posting here started experiencing these drops pretty recently?
If you are still having issues getting into your world then please post a message to that thread so the Devs can work on getting you back into the world. Thank you
Please feel free to join in on a newer conversation or start your own here in the Bugs and Issues sub-forum if you need anything specific.
