Also I think the pro bit is a step in the wrong direction for this game.
but a necessary one to provide enough income for servers, maintenance, development etc
If they would provide that then I'll be fine with it.

Not choosing sides in this debate but...
Pros: What is the world count difference between resetting vs deleting. Answer none, it's still one world. Deleting one world and getting one to replace it gives the user the chance to get a different map.
Cons: Currently there is no world cleanup process, the devs(?) Have to manually fix things. Old world's remain just access is cut off? So clutter still builds up. Those servers can't be cheap.
It's a game that is free to play. It's difficult to find ways to make money and keep everyone happy. Even if they relied exclusively on donations there would still be drama, it's the world we live in.
