It also says "4 GB VRAM" so your card (and mine (which is the same GTX 1060 3GB)) is below the minimum requirements. But I could play and finish the demo (although with some lag) so I decided to buy the full version.
On maxed out settings at 1440p with Full RT I get between 60 and 75 fps using DLAA. If I enable DLSS frame gen then the framerate barely changes. However, if I enable AMD frame gen then I get 120-125 fps.
So for whatever reason, DLSS frame gen is broken on my system. The game runs fine otherwise, staying mostly above 60 fps with only some minor stuttering but this is Unreal Engine 5, right, so I kind of expected that.
