MPUs
How does MPU works ? I know that it is possible to expand mining operations and the manpower will decrease in other region
However, the manpower required for factory how are they distributed?

It is unclear how many manpower remains available, what is the impact of creating more factories(how to aviod creating factories where the manpower is not available)??

Resource expansion currently takes no MPUs. Factories recruit the required MPU labor in small amounts from all controlled regions, not just from where the city is located.

so how can we increase that mpu? because its kinda complicated that shown on details. it says 10% base growth and 20% food things, then i get 1% growth. am i the only one confused?

The number of MPUs in a region is determined by the region Population.
1 MPU per 100,000. As the population grows, an additional MPU is created. Building health facilities and funding Social Welfare increases this rate of Growth.

When you take MPUs from a region they are replaced at a rate that is modified by the food Infrastructure. The MPUs will replace up to the region MPU to Population level.

Thank you for the quick response, in the mean time I found the following
-MPUs can be seen from the empire screen (available MPUs vs total MPUs)
-Available MPUs = Total MPUs - Factory required MPUs
-Expanding metal, coal or oil wells will consume MPUs, likewise decreasing capacity will increase MPUs
-However one that that I still do not understand is, available MPUs around 39 however the factory already decrease production because of lack of MPUs??
-I'm playing Australia with ~100 MPUs, I can only build up to 5-6 factories before production would be decreased due to MPU shortage

I see that health facilities give 0 extra MPUs now on the game when i click on a city.

The health buildings were giving a set amount per turn. That turned out to be too much after some other changes to the MPU system so we made the buildings become modifiers rather than producers of MPUs. The UI will be updated in the next update.

- Available MPUs = Total MPUs - (MPUs working in Factories + MPUs in the Military)
- Expanding Resource production no longer requires MPUs (although the UI suggest that still)

Available MPUs, make sense but is this a bug that the available MPUs is 39 and yet the factory is claiming there is a shortage of MPU? (production is cut but input is still being taken, in the event there is not enough MPU, shouldn't the input be cut proportional to the output being produced ??)

Expanding Resources, I still see the available MPUs go down, am I doing something wrong ? However, the MPUs are replenished slowly back to ~90-100 range when not doing any expansion

The concept of MPUs,
The Available MPU is the pool that you can use for expanding resources before it would impact production, this pool replenish slowly
Having factory/military will decrease this pool, the pool is increased by having more population

hello,I play role in Argentina in the Making History:the second World War

I found the number of MPUs is increasing in Capital Region. But the region manpower is decreasing

Why~ I'm really confused

In SWW that could be due to reinforcements or general recruitment.
