Hi guys,

First of all thanks for playing the game and secondly its a shame you have to be in here to search for a solution for possible troubles found while playing the game. We are listening carefully to your complaints and have compiled a neat little sticky that might help find some solutions.

Save File Corruption
This happens when the pc crashes or unexpectingly shutsdown during saving. With corrupted save files the game has trouble starting up and crashes upon start-up

To fix this problem sadly you'll have to delete the save games from the save game folder located in 'user/mydocuments/WesteradoDB.'

Don't forget to shutoff cloud saving to prevent the corrupted save files from being restored.


What now?
We will create fixes and keep an eye on any problems posted in the forum. However those fixes do take time test extensively to ensure that we create the most stable version of Westerado possible. We thank you for your patience if you're one of the players experiencing troubles.

I managed to get the Beefhead gang to follow me around. I told them to please leave the tunnel and paid them 300$. They disappeared from the game after I changed location (from Clintville to the Sheriff's office).

I'm sorry you're having problems. If you could give us some more information, that would definitely help.
- What are your system specifications? (RAM, CPU, GPU, etc.)
- What operating system are you using?

Aside from that it could help a lot if you send your error log to us at [e-mail]. You can find it in C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Westerado DB.

After I finished bringing all different hats to Miss Hatts, (and got the achievement for it) she said she needed MORE girls to work at her shop (she already had 3) and no girl in the game wants to go. Is that a bug?

I finished the game with all the characters (and I also unlocked the characters) there was no achievement and no completion achievement yet swift justice worked.

I bought the dual revolvers but didn't actually recieve them. And if I tried to buy them again it said I already haad them.

I've tried doing 'My Rancher's Keeper' achievement twice now, but one of the guys 'vanishes', thus only 2 of the ranchers follow me to the tycoon...

First I thought he died but there was no corpse & later found him being stuck at the entrance, yet all three are shown in the 2nd picture:

As Shirsh said (I guess, because I had to google translate it ;) ), did you try switching to them using 1, 2 and 3? If it still doesn't work then, let me know.

It still doesn't work. This is also a problem for all of the weapons in the store. When I buy them I'm not carrying them and I can't buy them again.

Did you try using the weapon switch buttons (1-3 on PC)?

PS. Is it meant that if you have enough cash, bandits become aggressive again? They were scared of me before I had a [phone]$ in my pockets... lol

PSS. Indian Relocation quest: If the army clears out the indian camp instead of you singlehandedly (even if you help during the war), oil tycoon does not acknowledge the quest being over, although the oil rig manager at the indian camp does... Time for a new game! xD

"Both feet on the Gas" achievement doesn't work (unless there's more than 6 oilrig managers).

when doing the mission for the sheriff to get the escaped prisoners back, i died in an area south of clintville. now when i go into that area the the game says "an error has occured press esc". also i cant find the sheriff anymore. im assuming he's in that area that crashes.
