Is this being delisted? Thinking I should buy all of these if that’s the case.

Yes, it's looking very likely. If it's the case, it's going to be around early May, since these developers were warned by WB/Discovery that their games were going to be delisted in around sixty days. I got most of them, the only ones I haven't gotten yet are two games exclusive to Steam that got mixed reviews and the two really expensive ones (Rick & Morty and Samurai Jack). If you have an XBox One, Westerado is five dollars cheaper there.
