How can i install GTA V from iso files?

Right click the file and hit mount if you have windows 8, and if you don't then download a free program that allows you to mount ISOs as virtual drives and which will then be listed in my computer once mounted, then it will act as if you popped the original disk into your dvd drive.

I have GTA V on steam . i want play the game by steam

OK but you are asking how you install the game via an ISO file and that's how you would do it.

Just get a good extractor program like winrar and extract all the files to one place and then just click on setup and install it, and once it is installed just delete all the files you extracted and play the game.

If you want the game on steam you have to just download it through steam like everyone else. Drink some tea, play another game, search the internet for better internet providers, or just breathe and wait.

Hmm. Normally when someone asks to install through ISO they're using a Pirated game. Most "Legit" download services either give you an install.exe or install it automatically like steam does.

I've only ever heard ISO involving boot leg software.

If you want to save on the download, then find a friend who has the game on steam, and make a copy of their GTAV install directory and then copy it to the same place on your computer. Start the download in Steam and it will verify all previously downloaded files. It will still take a long time (maybe an hour or so) but it will be faster than downloading it.
