like somebody cares abour this... when are they are going to give the Fixes for GTA V, can't play because infinite loading bug... 28 hrs and counting...

Some of us don't use cell phones. Always pissed me off when games release things like this for only cell phone users. So some of us care, regardless of how small of a program it's still useful.
I mean, yes, it is ♥♥♥♥♥♥, but, if you barely ever use your cellphone, you might aswell just download a program called "Bluestacks". It emulates an Android phone, I always use it for ♥♥♥♥ like that since my Smartphone is REALLY slow, and probably too outdated for that App either way.

I have the app on my tablet but tbh, i'd rather having a native version of it on Steam directly.

Or they could simply just have it as an App in the game on your character's phones, lol.

Would be fun to not have to open the entire GTA to play the app. And it make extra promo for the game on Steam.

Is there a means of making a legal case because a large majority of Windows 8 users can't even play the game?

I don't want to cast aspersions but I bought the retail version of the game for the physical disc(s) - there were 7 and it was a lengthy install of about three and a half hours. An average of 15 - 18 minutes a disc and then an interminable wait for the Rockstar 5GB update that had to go in on the install. But I digress,

Casting aspersions but - anyway, my version to my surprise didn't include steam (my surpise has changed because some one rectified my thinking) or require a Steam interaction at all. I have had no issues with actually playing it at all, which leads me to believe there is an issue with the Steam version and not hte actual game itself.

As an aside, there have been well documented issues with the new Mortal Kombat game due to the way it is supposed to do a console like "phased installation so you can play while it installs". Turns out that that has been plagued by issues with installation from the steam servers.

At this point I realise this post if nothing more than anecdotal, hearsay (MK), and supposition but I thought it was worth mentioning.

the iFruit app missing the PC version isn't an issue. It's just a missing platform on their iFruit app, and the platform you use to buy your game isn't related to that at all.
