Security upgrades for my entirely legal businesses

My totally legal business of cash, meth and coke have been getting raided every 3-5 hours Im on for about 3 weeks now. Should I bother spending the money for the security upgrades or is it not worth it?

You should stop actively running those trash businesses altogether. Get nightclub and assign stuff to it. Then keep MC labs empty. For some extra cash run Acid on a side at most.

I have a nightclub and technicians assigned to the columbian exports, sports equiptment and meth. It works waay slower then the dedicated businesses and pays a lot less tbh

Sure, but NC does not require you to buy supplies, has 1 vehicle sales, almost never gets raided. Buy all technicians, get upgrades/floors and it's the best almost passive income. Meanwhile MC is just a pure annoyance.

While NC is producing, run some heists. Or idk, have some fun. And eventually it will make the cash without even noticing.

Maybe you've started doing some stuff while registered as MC? Normally raids happen only then. You should disband asap when you are not doing anything MC labs related.

oh yeah that might be it, i play with friends quite often so im pretty much always an mc

Buy the upgrades, although as Soloplayer has said, you WILL still get raided somewhat. And ALWAYS unregister the second you finish any motorcycle club activity. If you don't, the game figures you like the raids (which some people do).

I leave all my MC businesses full so I can sell to dealers and I've never been raided once lol.

There's a very easy solution: disband the MC as soon as you're done with a specifc MC task, make sure to stay indoors. Then become a CEO for all other missions. Also: only become an MC indoors, for example while you're accessing a terminal or such.

Raids only happen when your storage is above 50 - 60%, so there's that. But as long as you're not an MC president.. there's no issue.

Of course.. keep in mind that the same mechanic of 60+% also applies to the special cargo warehouses, so as soon as you become a CEO you take some risks there as well.

Raid threshold for MC labs is 20%, not 50-60%. Also spec cargo warehouses get raided no matter if you are CEO or not, it's raid script only checks if you own office, so you can be not registered as anything at all and get a ghost raid then.
