Does suppressor reduce damage in 2022?

I search in google they confirm that suppressor does not reduce damage, and there so many video show it true but it old and before many many year, what about now?

It reduces damage, just check the stats for the weapon: you'll notice a red section, indicating the loss of damage.

Of course if that will affect you in any way is another story: a headshot is still an insta-kill and a suppressor won't have much effect on that.

Yes. Even today they do reduce damage.

stat bars are inaccurate. there's what the stat bars tell you and then there's what the in-game stats actually tell you if you data-mine them.

only the Marksman Rifle actually loses damage when silenced, IIRC, the source was on a GTA Forum somewhere and they looked in the code, weapons have a damage multiplier for when you put the silencer on them but almost all of them are set so that you don't actually lose damage

So there only Markman rifle that lose damage on suppressor right? please confirm then i gonna buy suppressor for all gun without Markman rifle.
