akula- expensive ,top speed same as buzzard
B's weapons:mini gun and rocket launcher
A's weapon:same
The handling on the Akula can be a bit quick and flighty, I'd recommend not upgrading the handling characteristics at first until you get acclimatised to it. The front passenger on the Akula can be a gunner but the rear passengers can only operate a camera.
Where I find the Akula handy is it's stealth ability to go "off" the map. Although I had one player blow me up because he thought it was an NPC chopper :D
If you have a 3* wanted level going into the akula instantly drops that to a 2* so no police choppers looking for you. If you're collecting CEO crates as soon as you go in the Akula in stealth you and the goods vanish off the map which makes collecting crates less fraught
other conclusion: get an akula if you're very very rich and dont want absolute butt tons of try hards killing you
The Buzzard is also excellent when doing missions and moving stuff. Sightseer for example is much faster with a Buzzard than an Akula.
Then, at a later point, you can grab the Akula. But as Crusader also said: you'll need a hangar with a workshop before you can make full use of it. Not to mention that calling your Akula will remove any active vehicle you have (you can only have 1 active personal vehicle) and then you're going to have to pick it up somehow: it won't be placed right next to you.
Heck... I usually use my Buzzard to pick up a personal aircraft. Import / export for example: I'm using a cargobob. So first I call out the Cargobob, then I call my Buzzard and use that to reach the bob....
akula is nice for stealthy pvp attacks
Akula handles like a brick.
Buzzard costs 700k or so.
Akula costs 3-6 million depending on the options you want.
You've looked at the prices. You still want the akula as an option. That tells me you didn't earn any of the money you are about to spend. Had you earned the money you would look at the offerings much more objectively. In that context you would have bought the buzzard no questions asked.
Someone is projecting.
I'm sorry you didn't get as much joy from your Shark Cards as you hoped.
if anyone in the coments is saying akula they are complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and losers in gta, dont listen to them
In terms of choppers, at least if you know how to fly (not hitting rotor blades on every pole you see) and price doesn't matter, then Akula. Buzzard has the benefit of spawning nearby, Akula has 4 different settings for handling, it can handle like a cripple, super twitchy, or anything inbetween, it can lose police quicker in missions that ask it to (going stealth reduces wanted to 2), its stealth system can hide some cargo from other players (like special cargo crates) and is the much faster chopper, both at nose diving / low altitudes and up in the skies

The two are not even from the same category. Buzzard is nice for when you're starting out, thats bout it. Once you in money you'll be in Volatus, or Swift Deluxe, or Akulas, the Mk2, all that stuff.

of course price matters, since he is asking to make business easier.
Untrue. Even for someone experienced, CEO Buzzard has its uses. For missions where you need to steal a vehicle above water (e.g Tula) with enemies surrounding it, the Buzzard still is the best choice, since you can blast everyone and then just abandon the heli on the water without paying any fee since it's a CEO vehicle. With MKII you could blast everyone, but then you would need to either discard the MKII on water and pay 10.000 fee, or go to the shore, land the MKII, and find some way to return to the Tula at the middle of the sea, taking ages.
Yeah, it can hide SOME cargo. I just want to know the exact list of cargo it can hide, because I'm damn sure there's a lot of types the Akula CAN'T hide.
Hiding special cargo crates is irrelevant though, no one does a 1 crate source, if you do 3 and there's a griefer in the lobby, the other two are going to be unprotected and visible, he can either destroy the two remaining or wait for you to pick up and get attacked.
Your low flying skill will make it difficult to handle, while the Buzzard is a breeze to fly regardless. You can also spawn it almost anywhere through your SecuroServ menu, so it's more valuable than the Akula for newer players and grinders.
The Akula is for people who have been playing for a long time and value the off the radar feature it has, but it's not foolproof. A griefer that really wants to find you will know your general location, but the Akula is also good in a PvP fight. Then again so is a Buzzard in the right hands.
If you don't have a Buzzard, get one immediately.
