Bad Sport/Dunce cap should be removed...

To whom it may concern,

I would like to recommend that the Bad Sport/Dunce cap(in the next patch) is removed or replaced with a different method of punishment.

For those who don't know: Bad Sports are players who consistently drop from Jobs or perform other unsanctioned mayhem in GTA Online quickly find themselves labeled as Bad Sports and
are forced to wear dunce caps.

I think it is honorable what Rockstar is trying to to and make the "weaker players" less vulnerable in GTA online. However, the fact that if one member is placed in the bad sport category, it separates that player from joining or playing with his "Crew". A thing Rockstar pushed heavily in the advertisement of GTA5! One of my crew got the bad sport "cap". OK fine...but why can't we join his servers. If Rockstar wants the more aggressive players to play in their own sandbox, fine. But at least allow us to at least play missions with our "Crew" members and allow non Bad Sport/Dunce cap players to join their friends in the more deadlier servers.

In my honest opinion, Bad Sport/Dunce cap players should be allowed to play with the greater population. Ok fine, the dunce cap can stay, put a large bounty on the bad sports (example $40,000), or perhaps a time out in passive mode for one GTA day. The way that this is implemented is wrong and makes me and others not want to play.

I'm starting to think of not playing, because if you can't do what you want in GTA Online with the possibility of being blacklisted...what fun is that?

Yea I can't play online for TWO days because I was blowing up peoples cars in MP. WHAT THE ♥♥♥♥ ELSE ARE YOU SUPPOSE TO DO IN OPEN WORLD! Oh and at THAT instead of punishing PVP players, HOW ABOUT ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ KICKING HACKERS FROM ONLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shouldn't have been such a big bummer then. It's not like he didn't have a warning. You're given many chances before being put into the Bad Sport pool.

Bad sports are bad sports, they do not know when to stop satisfying their blood lust.
And no, nothing will be done about it as you get removed from the bad sport lobby after a few days.
Continued regressions into bad sport will issue longer sentences and so on.

Don't blow up player vehicles. It's that simple. Don't do it. Hell, you can shoot them in the face for as long as they let you and not get in trouble. Just don't be a ♥♥♥♥ and go after their cars because you can't aim for ♥♥♥♥.

Myself being a rather friendly and nice player no sarcasm see that bad sport stuff is stupid, we are playing gta not nice simulator, when I drive up to somone and they kill me it dosent suprise me, so just remove bad sport and just keep the psyco stuff so people can easily judge people

You don't understand, do you?
Bad sport and the psycho system are there for a reason: players either get rewarded for killing players who kill alot of people for no good reason or are sent to a lobby with other people who want to kill eachother for a small amount of time.
You got deathmatch and custom missions if you want to kill eachother, but in freeroam it should be kept at a minimum as not all players are prone to shooting you in the face. And no, just because there are some who would like very much to shoot you in the face it still doesn't mean your argument is valid.
