Transfer ownership of the Casino to Ms. Baker

I just had someone quit my heist because I didn't have key cards, I didn't get them because the setup was locked because i have to "Transfer ownership of the casino to Ms. Baker". I briefly looked it up online but couldn't find anything. Does anyone know what to do?

Are you sure it's not security intel that's locked?

Do you mean security passes? Many people quit heists once they realize you don't have them.

The Security Intel mission is unlocked after hosting all six casino missions and only gives you camera locations

You don't need to do that mission for the keycards. The mission you're talking about is shown in the lower right corner. One keycard (level 1) can be stolen from the cleaner in your penthouse, and level 2 requires you to jump a security guard.

But both missions can be done without having done the Baker missions.

I dont know what the mission is called, I will check right now, sorry, I should of done that to begin with. All I know is that it says I have to transfer the ownership to ms baker. I will take a screenshot

Thats for security intel ...its a permanent prep that shows cameras
You need SECURITY PASS level 2 its on the bottom right of the prep
