Never had a problem with glitched yellow objective markers there.
Post #22 here, prove me wrong:

Simply put... some players have this issue more often than other players. So is that because of the landing gear? Nah, that rumor is simply stupid by itself. It's a glitch like so many others.
What's next? You need to lower the landing gear when the Titan refuses to do a cargo drop? Dream on.... (see: it's the same issue; a yellow marker not responding. Main difference: here us players can determine what might work to fix it... wake up call: it's not the landing gear 😁).
I just gave you the link, if you want to spray salt then tell the guy who posted this that he is plain wrong.
It seems to be completely random as I've encountered it while taking off from paletto, procopio, grapeseed and Lago Zancudo. It seems to occur more often when I approach the marker too far on the left.. so now when I fly to it, I make sure to fly between the two ship cranes at Terminal and along the roof line of the warehouse where you end Simeon missions; same building as meth lab. Seems like if I approach the marker from too far east, it will bug..
