How to buy Salvage Yard cars

Heard somewhere that you can buy the stolen cars for 20.000$. One of the 3 available cars should have a Garage Symbol, which indicates that it can be bought and used as a personal vehicle after robbery.
Problem is i never see that indicator. Do i need to buy additional stuff for my salvage yard like a tow truck or something else?

The indicator doesn't always show up, so it really depends. Only specific cars are being offered for purchase like this, but not all.

after you do the missions and make some scrap cars there will be an option to buy from the main screen in the business itself.. if its not on that computer just do a couple missions until you can :) also call yusef on the phone and the other guy too, or search how to buy them on the ingame internet site like san andreas super autos or luxury motorsport :) cheers
