See, just like in contact missions you won't get to see your garages or appartments on the map. But... they're usually still accessible. Not always, this doesn't apply to every mission but definitely most of them. Examples: the merryweather bunker raid and the ECU train robbery. Also the superdollar deal.
So what you do is to make sure that you know where a certain garage of yours is. Then you keep your Deluxo in there. Mission starts, you drive over to the garage hop in, get the Deluxo and then hop out.
Once again context applies because even though you can access certain vehicles like this, sometimes the game still refuses to let you drive 'm out. But not general stuff like the stromberg, oppressor, armored kuruma, etc.
Hope this can help!
as the other dude said its slow af
Oppressor mk2 is way better for those
There is one source hangar mission in particular even tho I'm professional in aircrafts. I still can't use the damn phone hack app. while I'm pilotting near the titan hijack so I use deluxo.
Having the Personal Vehicle Storage MOC upgrade and the Deluxo parked in there makes calling it during sell missions easy. All you need is Interaction menu (M) >> Service vehicles (or what's it called now) >> MOC >> request Personal Vehicle >> done. If you use it as your PV most the time to get around the map, like I do, it's even easier, just request your last used PV through the Interaction menu. No need to call the mechanic, or enter garages.
If you need the Weaponised Vehicle Workshop, there's the Avenger to cover you, no need to have it on your MOC as well. That's my 2 Cents.
