You can have 6 apartments/garages at the same time, alongside other properties such as casino penthouse, bunker, ceo office and so on.

Owning a penthouse is similar to owning a yacht in that while it is a "property" it doesn't count as a house/apartment/garage.

Keep in mind that the Casino penthouse isn't really worth it, just like the yacht it's mostly eye candy, but.. It will also cost a daily fee, with 100 gta$ added for every module you add.

Penthouse gives access to host casino missions. Doing them you can get multiple awards which also pay money. And you get armored paragon for free after completing them as host. Which is the only way to get that car. It's purely worth only for that. Doing these missions also unlock Vincent prep for casino heist too, which permanently mark cameras. And overall you get a nice customizable place with a bar, dealer, hair dresser, mini movie theater etc + a garage and multiple services.

All those bills don't really add up to a major expense once you're running Casino & other heists along with jobs.

They kinda do for me, it makes the penthouse pretty much worthless. Not to mention that the Casino heist which the arcade gives is much more rewarding.

IDK... I recently bought another MC business & added another technician to my nightclub which has now become the most expensive bill I have @15k/day. I have a maxed PH which is nowhere near that. Even the smallest PH gives you the jobs at the casino plus the additional guy for the casino heist prep. It also gives you an additional garage. I actually wish I could sell a couple standalone garages at this point. I simply disagree on it's "value" as a property in the game.

So yeah... If you don't want the bells & whistles just get the cheapest. Let's you gamble at max tables, obviously a spawn location, 5 jobs you can do to earn a free car, & a couple other benefits.

The maxed penthouse daily cost is like $1300 if im not mistaken, give or take a few hundred. If you do a headhunter mission in 5 mins, thats like $20k, it will cover your penthouse fees for around 20 days, so it's not that expensive. The actual buying price of the penthouse is pretty expensive, got mine for 6.5 mil, but you can always go for the cheaper ones and remove rooms you don't want or need.
