Acid Lab in Arcade/Terrorbyte?
I know that Rockstar never go back to rework old content, but... why isn't the Acid Lab available through the Arcade computer and the Terrorbyte? I understand not including the Agency since that's technically more of a mission terminal, but the Acid Lab is basically a Biker business in all but name. I really wish new content had at least some form of backwards-compatibility.

Biker business? No way, you can also use it while having SecuroServ active. Which is why I think it's kept seperated. Also... you do realize that you can simply make a phonecall to order new supplies?

I'm more referring to the mechanics, rather than the affiliation. I count the Gun Running Bunker as "a Biker Business" despite not being tied to the Clubhouse.

And yeah, I suppose I can use the phone. But can I start resupply missions from it, or check my supply levels? Serious question, I've never looked. Didn't realise I could use the phone :)

They don't need to. They created the Acid Lab as a deliverable asset, so it can be called in just like the MoC, Terrobyte or Avenger. This means if you're by the airstrip north of the middle sea on the map, you can access your acid lab and resupply or run deliveries without having to go all the way back to your arcade.. in some ways, that's even better.

Hmm... OK, yeah, that's a fair point. I guess my annoyance is that I can't see it when I do sit down at the Arcade or Terrorbyte. Would have been nice to have it there, too. But yeah, that does make it better.

Speaking of which, I also wish it were integrated with the Night Club :) That thing got an update recently. Another product to supply the warehouse with would be nice, and I don't see it being unbalanced since we're already limited by warehouse stuff. However, that would require messing with existing UI and I don't think Rockstar want to do that.

Would have been nice to have the total stock when you call Mutt like Yohan for the NC.
I also like Arcade but i don't run any MC business anymore (not fun) : just to check NC, Bunker or start I/E.

Almost nothing has been solved/changed in previous assets, you are asking way too much to R*. They only nerfed fun stuff like being able to use aircrafts or Toreador in missions...
They changed some prices but you still have garbage vehicles for 2M...
Marketing is taking decision and it's never a good thing for customers...

This might happen in the future. There already is (still unused) code for nightclub suggesting that we should be able to assign acid to technicians. So maybe they will do that and add stuff to arcade/tb as well.

You know, the funny thing is Rockstar created what amounts to an in-game Internet browser... but then hard-coded all the UI elements anyway. It seems like all the business-specific websites (the ones you log into from their specific laptops) are monolithic. You can't just tweak the back-end to add extra functionality - you have to dig through the actual UI code, which nobody seems to want to do.

It seems like more recent content has been moving to the Interaction Menu UI. That seems to be far more easily moddable with less overhead. It's why Tony and Yohan's new functionality is through the phone, not through the Night Club console. It's also - I presume - why everything to do with the Acid Lab is handled through the phone, as well. No sense hard-coding a new UI with unique assets when you can use the nested menus of the Interaction Menu.

I agree. It would also be nice if I could call Lupa on the phone to order Warehouse resupplies, rather than driving there myself. Honestly, I feel like Rockstar would do well to migrate pretty much all functionality towards our phone. It's more realistic for the 2020s and it has the less ♥♥♥♥ UI code that can actually be maintained.

If I'm not mistaken, the initial incarnation of the Night Club didn't have a separate inventory of its own. Rather, it was a means by which the player could manage and sell from all of their Biker Businesses (including the Bunker) from the same single location. I've seen images of a very different UI for it, though I don't know if that ever went Live.

I do wish this were the case, though. The old Biker/Bunker businesses have absolutely atrocious sell missions. No ability to own/upgrade delivery vehicles, no ability to sell less than full stock, etc. I know this isn't going to happen since Rockstar are running GTA Online on a shoestring budget, but I'd like to see a revamp of the older businesses to bring them up-to-snuff with newer designs.

As it stands right now, GTA Online is the closest to "a real game" that I've ever seen it.
