yes if you have one you can call it
you can also find one and its usually guarded by a technical with 50cal

I usually kill the cops first then grab the trailer with Longfin then drive for one block and spawn my Oppressor to fly away to lose the cops.

Pavel even has a line suggesting that.

As mentioned earlier, the MOC cab is a better choice, as it is more resilent, more powerful and can have bulletproof tires.

Instead of asking, why not just try? ;)

But yah, phantom wedge works like a charm. Pavel will even make a nice comment about it. I always grab it like that, drive to Elysian and if I haven't lost the cops yet I jump out and lose the cops that way; quickest way to do this IMO.

You can't use MOC for Cayo preps. R* has disabled returning Kosatka if prep is active ages ago. And you can't request second service vehicle.

Regardless, Wedge spawns closer (literally next to you) and if you don't mind job warps, it can warp whole trailer straight to the docks since it's a PV.

grab the long fin with the truck. Drive about a block away from the police station then blow yourself up. You instantly lose the cops every time.

you can however have your alt account in the session and request moc from alt account and use it
