As mentioned earlier, the MOC cab is a better choice, as it is more resilent, more powerful and can have bulletproof tires.
But yah, phantom wedge works like a charm. Pavel will even make a nice comment about it. I always grab it like that, drive to Elysian and if I haven't lost the cops yet I jump out and lose the cops that way; quickest way to do this IMO.
You can't use MOC for Cayo preps. R* has disabled returning Kosatka if prep is active ages ago. And you can't request second service vehicle.
Regardless, Wedge spawns closer (literally next to you) and if you don't mind job warps, it can warp whole trailer straight to the docks since it's a PV.
