Choosing the right MC Business [Big Money or Quick money]
So I currently own a Maze Bank CEO office, vehicle warehouse, cargo warehouse and Motorcycle Clubhouse. I’ve been trying to look into other ways of making money in GTA Online. I have explored the Nightclub route, but have been advised to purchase an MC Business first. So I have a few questions.

Firstly I’d like to ask:
1. Which business makes the most money?
2. Which business makes the quickest money?
3. Do you recommend “big money making” or “quick money making”?

And now:
1. Which one should be my first purchase?
2. How much money will I need (roughly)?
3. What location do you recommend?
4. What upgrades should I start out with?
5. Any tips on how to make the running of this business efficient and smooth sailing?

Thanks :)

Fastest moneymaking if you're solo is bouncing between cocaine lockup and Import/Export vehicle business.

Cocaine, Meth, and Counterfeit cash are the best earners for MC club; but I find that coke and Import/Export vehicles keep me pretty well occupied.

If you're going to be playing this week, the weed farm is double money and the businesses are half off. It's the worst earner for MC club, but I think I'll buy one just to have it. Get the double money while it's there and forget about it.

You'll make the most money by not betting on a single horse; have stuff work together for you. And there really isn't quick here. One of the unofficial rules in GTAO dictates that you'll make more money by investing more time.

Personally I'd get a second cargo warehouse so that you can continue collecting cargo without having to bother yourself with the cooldown. Then expand with the 3 top tier MC businesses: coke, meth and counterfeit cash. Those businesses (the warehouse + the MC businesses) can then be linked to a nightclub.

And then you're pretty good to go. Wait, I didn't see you mention a bunker so that's probably what you should be aiming for next. And be sure to upgrade the whole lot.

My usual grinding routine is to buy special cargo until I notice that my bunker or MC businesses have gone through their supplies (this happens closely together). I then visit each businesses and buy supplies before selling my stock. After I finished with all 4 (bunker + 3 MC businesses) it's back to getting special cargo again. Optionally selling and maybe sourcing a car in between but my focus us special cargo because it'll be more profitable in the longer run for me.

Right now I'm close to having 4 filled warehouses (2 large & 2 medium) which accounts for 2x 2.2 million + 2x 750k = 4.4 + 1.5 = 5.9 million. Then consider that my nightclub is also constantly collecting cargo which usually bags me around 750 - 800k. Filling up a warehouse takes time, but if you play it right (as mentioned: having at least 2 to work back to back) and you have the right tools (definitely need a Buzzard as a minimum, but I prefer my MkII) then it's not too bad.

First off, get a Bunker before you get any MC Business. They operate very similarly, but Bunkers are easier to manage and provide other benefits. (Get one of the southern bunkers, don't go cheap on these.)

Now, as to MC Businesses, they are the most complicated businesses logistically, and will get you the most divergent opinions on how to best manage them (or whether they should be operated at all). Here's the broad strokes:

- Cocaine is by far the best. Document Forgery is by far the worst. These are the two things everyone will agree on. My opinion is that Document Forgery should never be purchased at all, even on sale.

- No MC Business is worth stealing supplies for unless you have no other way to make money whatsoever.

- No MC Business is worth buying supplies for until after you've upgraded both the equipment and staff. So you're better off owning 1 upgraded MC business than 3 non-upgraded businesses, with the following exception:

- If you're only interested in linking MC Businesses to a Nightclub and not operating the businesses themselves, you shouldn't buy any upgrades at all because they won't make any difference to the Nightclub's operation. Only Cocaine, Meth and Counterfeit Cash should be purchased for Nightclub-only operations. But in this case, you may as well buy the Nightclub first.

- The best locations for the MC Businesses are the cheapest ones, both as a matter of value and strategic position. The only one with any argument otherwise is Weed, where the most expensive location had some advantages vs. the cheapest location. But with the addition of the Master Terminal at the Arcade, the balance now tips to the cheapest location on that one as well.

- The most efficient way to operate MC Businesses is to upgrade the equipment and staff, buy supplies until the facility is completely full of product, then do a single delivery mission to the higher value county (always Los Santos if you bought the cheapest locations). This however will usually result in you being given 3 vehicles to deliver. In all but one case (Post-Op Vans), you will have time to deliver them solo, but you'll need a very fast return vehicle like an Oppressor Mk2. Also, all of these delivery vehicles are incredibly vulnerable, even with you there to defend them. Your ability to complete these missions without getting blown up depends very little on your own skill, and mostly on the kindness of the other players in your session. GTAO players being the sub-humans they are, many people typically arrange for there to be no other players in the session when they do deliveries.

- If you don't have reliable teammates or the means to complete the missions solo as described above, then your only alternative is going to be the one-supply = one-delivery strategy. In the case of Cocaine, Meth and usually Cash, you will only get 2 delivery vehicles if you only supply the business once, making it easier to manage. However, in the case of Cocaine and Meth, you will be doing 2/3rds the work of a full sale for only 2/5ths the profit. At that point it's debatable whether it's worth operating those businesses at all vs. using that time to do more efficient ventures.

- If you do have reliable teammates, you should be doing Casino heists, not MC stuff. I personally would only operate MC businesses if I was solo, had an empty lobby, and had a vehicle fast enough to give me the extra time needed to deliver a full business. During a bonus week, I'd operate Coke, Meth, Cash and Weed. During a normal week, I'd still operate Cocaine, but I've stopped operating Meth, Cash and Weed since the removal of the duffel bag delivery missions, which were MUCH faster than all but 1 of the current missions. So it's Coke and Weed this week, if Weed is indeed 2x money.

Ok so, since making this thread I have in fact purchased a Cocaine business, set it up, upgraded Equipment and Staff, bought supplies and so far have 1 bar of product ready.

Unfortunately, I don’t currently have the luxury of reliable teammates, so I plan to do this all solo and I completely understand that stealing supplies will be a massive waste of time.

I have a question in regards to selling ALL of my products in a one single delivery mission.
You said I would normally be given 3 vans to deliver when doing this. Well, today I found out how to make a Public Solo Session. So now that the fear of other players screwing me over isn’t an issue. Is it possible for me to do this by myself or are these single delivery missions timed?
Side note: My fastest possible return vehicle would be an X80 Protto.

I like the fact that the cocaine business can run to an extent, in the background so Ain the meantime I can to do other things, such as: CEO import/export and heists.

Mc businesses are way too outdated.. If you do heists and maybe even have regular friends to do them, why even bother. NC and to some extent bunker are pretty much only options worth running along them. Get arcade and you have both quick and big money.

They are timed; usually to 30min. Depending on the mission & starting location 3 vehicles can be done but it'll be very close. Trash truck: doable, postal van: forget about it.

A 3 delivery from my Route 68 meth lab is doable, but 2 cars from my northern weed lab? Hardly. And my vehicle is an Opressor MkII....

btw... I think the max. is 4 vehicles, not 3.
