MC bikeshop not working

I started a new character and for about 48 real life hours now, no bikes have appeared to modify and sell in the clubhouse. Is there a level requirement for it to operate?

You sure you bought the workshop upgrade itself as well and not just bare clubhouse?

Update: I still have no access to this feature. The clubhouse also does not reflect the correct number of contracts and earnings. Should I try to change the property to a new one?

My autoshop was broke like 10 months before fix, id wait spending more if i were you

Update 2: Renovating/re-buying the clubhouse fixed the issue.

For someone who is a new player, I started last month and only ever got 1 bike service but heck it never spawned again and I spent long hours being in game...

I got the same bug as you 3 times already (they always say the third time is a charm lol) and the only fix i found was to change my MC location and buy the bike auto shop all over again, which is sad and frustrating since that's a good way for beginners to get money at the start when you don't have properties like the kosatka and the arcade.
