Bar fight mission

Doing the resupply mission where you have to "start a bar fight"

I'm about ready to walk away and never play this awful mess of a game ever again, or anything made by this company. I'm beyond frustrated.

How do you do this? The melee system in this game is just about the worst thing I've ever seen. You have no control over what your character does. They punch, they kick, they shove.. it's all the same button.. and none of the other buttons do anything. There is no dodge, there is no block. I can see an attack coming with like 3-4 seconds of warning and would have plenty of time to react.. but no button seems to actually do anything to counter an incoming attack. I've pressed every button on my Xbox controller to no avail.

The most I've been able to do is spam A to run out of the way of an attack. I'm about 25 corpse runs into this "fight" and I've got about 5 more in me before I alt-F4 out of this to preserve my monitor from getting a controller tossed through it.

I've managed to whittle the enemies down to just two guys with bats and one with a bottle, but every time I walk in the door I punch one in the face and the other bat guy just smacks me in the head and one shots me.

You don't. Just buy a set of supplies and call it a day. Also mind you the payout hasn't buffed at all.

You can use some BST, you can ride your motorcycle inside, you can start the fire inside building by tossing some gifts through the doors. Also you can evade enemy attacks, look it up.

Most of the time I ride a bike with sticky bombs in there, gather them up and run out and detonate. If you have an Oppressor MK2 you can ride that in and run them over a bunch but it takes longer.

I never bothered to learn the melee mechanics so i dont know how to use punch and not kick. Im level 500, so I have a lot more health than you most likely, I can take a lot more hits.

Some missions may be poorly designed, but most of players have less creativity than a pine cone.

That is no reason to trash the game. Just don't do it and move on. There is sooo much to do in this game.
