same, got my first 4 on random luck, had to work hard for the last part, standing close to a spawn point and then just swap public sessions until the blue dot gave me a boner:

After I got the last one the crime scenes started spawning all over the place now. They are only worth 10k but its easy money.

It is easier to find them in solo public lobbies. (Find a lobby, suspend GTA process 5-7 seconds, unsuspend.) I've found all 5 parts on both characters. I don't trust private/invite only lobbies to spawn desired things as often as public lobbies.

I looked for the first part and found it, then realized how long it would take finding all 5 parts and gave up on it. Then found the last 4 parts randomly over the next 2 weeks.

I'm honestly not even going to bother trying. Not only are most of those crime scenes a pain in the behinds, who needs more weapons in the first place?

At best I'd like to get rid of some of my weapons but nooo.... can't do that and the so called locker option mostly works in freeroam, as soon as you take on any kind of mission (including those Unilever missions) things just stop working. SOOO much fun having to press the same button 18 or so times to select the weapon I need during driving.

These days I blow up such crime scenes because... "♥♥♥♥ tha police" (quote NWA), and screw R* for this lame freeroam stuff. If there's a blue dot left after me blowing it up I sometimes explore more but most of the times... too much bother.
