Fastest and best non rocket powered motorcycle?

Basically titles, what is the fastest motorcycle that isn't an oppressor?
And in the meantime what is the fastest motorcycle that is also good looking?
I remember way back in the day when used to actively plat this game that all the fast motorcycles were ugly as hell.

Without using the wheelie speed glitch, deathbike has the highest top speed but poor handling. Bati 801, Shotaro and Hakuchou Drag are other good candidates with high top speeds and good handling/acceleration as well.

But deathbike is boosted and can have wheelie glitch as well..

Something like gorgoyle bike (or apocalypse deathbike which is generally converted gorgoyle) have a rear wheel glitch which gives it a lot of extra speed in a wheelie if you put a thin tyre on it. Same thing applies to new Reever bike, which doesn't even need special wheel and has that bug by default.

According to Broughy1322, the Reever is now the motorcycle with the highest top speed.
