Can you enter music locker without owning a penthouse
I just want to buy the submarine and need to see miguel but can't find how to get to musiclocker

Yeah, though I think I heard you might need to use the outside entrance for the Music Locker on the north side of the Casino. Might be wrong, but I recall in the past some players had trouble getting in there.

@Caped got it... if you use the elevator inside the casino then you'll need to own a penthouse to get to the music locker. So in that case.. outside entrance it is.

You can without a Penthouse. Of course, you'll have to be mindful about its annoying notification popping up every now and then whenever you drive by The Diamond Casino.
