Is automatic teleporting in GTA Online a glitch or high ping problem ????

Hello guys,
Today I was playing GTA Online and a player destroyed my car with rocket launcher..
When I picked up my gun and started aiming at her, she with her car started teleporting and she killed me....
After that I respawned,picked up a car and while riding,suddenly I came out of the car,standing at the road without falling like a player stands normally, but the car was moving...
When I started to move near the car,I teleported backward upto 5 times..
Then I joined a new session and the problem was fixed..
Is this issue a glitch or just a high ping problem ????
I had no mods,hacks or Open IV installed.The gta installation folder is clean and all files successfully verified......
Plz reply Fast I am afraid of getting ban a ban...

Plot twist it was he. Just some cheater.

if you are in gtao and you know that you have a players attention assume everything weird that happens to be a mod. teleporting especially is a common one, including you being forced to teleport around.

teleporting, infinite health, chain death cycles, money drops, i have yet to go a single day where one of these dont happen whenever i go against my better judgement and stay in a public lobby for too long without forcing a solo session. next most common thing is either a mass spawning of planes or mission vehicles being teleported to the wrong place like the casino garage (with the keycard for the cayo heist) being spawned outside

@in I am not a cheater and I dont have any VAC bans..
As I sad my gta folder is clean and I installed the game yesterday;No mods and cheats
Also I installed windows 10 two days ago non pirated...from official microsoft site..
No Viruses or malwares.

@tag545 can I get banned for this??

You should be ok as long as you don't have the hacks installed. That's what players get banned for. You won't get banned for being influenced by a hacker.

You won't get banned if other people used cheat menus to make you 'do' something.

Unfortunately this is not a glitch or something, it's all by design and thus heavily abused by cheaters. Many people complain about cheaters and modders (and rightfully so, most of them are plain out annoying) but in the end it's R* who made all of this possible.

For example... if you're in your apartment and surrounded by people killing each other you may have a hard time getting away from that because you probably get shot at. Fun if you're into a fight but otherwise its an annoyance. Solution? Easy: start a contact mission, and while in the menu immediately quit the mission. Suddenly you'll be teleported to a location in the middle of the map.

And things ilke that are all over the place. 'Features' which are happily abused by modders.
