Cayo Perico 2nd attempt

Hi,
I have completed the Cayo Perico heist once and have done all of the prep work to try it again. I have one out of six points of interest photographed. I can't launch the heist mission finale. It seems that I have to find all six points of interest????
Can anyone help please?

How are you trying to launch it? You only need 5 prep missions: one for your weapons, one for your approach vehicle and then you need to get the cutting torch, fingerprint scanner and then either the plasma cutter (to open the display case) or get the codes from the head of security in the casino.

Once you did all those 5 missions then you're good to go.

Essentially, you have to go to the casino to then go into the basement to steal a keycard so you can go to the penthouse suites, to then crash a party and take the codes.

You don’t need to find all points of interest in order to start the heist. There is probably a mandatory prep mission you have missed.

i tried soloing it myself a little while ago, and i must be incredibly misinformed. i swam around what seems the entire island til i reached the eastern side, got into a shootout with a whole mess of helicoptors and finally got inside and.......died ;( i hate watching how to vids mainly because i am a proud fool, and want to be able to say i accomplished it on my own, LOL i used the kotsaka, west beach, nighttime approach

I know all of the mandatory prep missions are done because I am constantly reminded in game. The only time it will show the "Launch Mission" button is when it's set to "Points of Interest". I have done one of 6. It didn't matter the other times I have attempted it solo. I am sure I'm doing something stupid.
And BTW.....Tashnaldar: The Sub and drainage tunnel I think is the way to try it.

Let me correct myself. It only lets me click the launch mission button on Gather Intel

I went back again and scoped out some secondary targets. It said that I had completed all necessary prep work to begin the heist. I can't get to the tab on the planning screen to launch the actual mission.

go to planning screen>RB("e" on keyboard) to Finale tab>press Right to highlight START
otherwise, if you can't get to the finale tab, then you haven't done ♥♥♥♥♥

I messed with every key, and I thought Q had let me toggle over. I suck.

You enter a casino penthouse and either kill the target silently or kill everyone and then take the target's codes.

Stealth is not possible unless he's in a room by himself.

You can only get these codes if the primary target is the stocks as they are in the safe.

You get texted the codes by Pavel if you have to get into the safe. Like he said, just for stocks. Everything else is the stupid fingerprint hack.
