Yeah, a nice Hyper Car.
Stock price $1,440,000 [ For the Nero] and than u need $605,000 [Bennys] to upgrade to
Nero Custom. Very expensive for newer players as there are no tuning prices included, but well that's Rockstar Games.
Top speed from stock: 117 mph / 188.3 km/h
Top speed from EMS Upgrade 4: 122 mph / 196.3 km/h.

Not exactly a car but the Apocalypse Deathbike, good traction, miniguns, saws, and a engine that really shows where that extra money went, perfect for evasion of pissed off players, modders , etc and keeps you nice and steady at breakneck speeds - plus I mean it's a 3 million dollar rat infested rustbucket, truly the pinicle of slav engineering - I don't need a kickstand, I have saws my freinds.
