Unlock sewer entrance. Scout 4 spots of extra loot mid-island. Be sneaky all the way through and buy suppressors. You can oneshot the minigun guy with silenced pistol just the same as normal mobs.
Also do it in daytime. I find it far easier to shoot the cameras and mobs during the day.
You dont need any of the additional stuff like disruptions, ammo drops air support or anything. Just the sewer entrance and silenced weapons.
Don't need it though. You can stealth the whole mission solo. Just need to learn the right route and order for shooting the patrol guys and cameras. I find the toughest part are the two guys at the main mansion entrance checkpoint, as you need to shoot both within like 2 seconds, but thats the only guard duo you need to kill.
Using main dock with Longfin boat - robbing right garage only (you wont alert guards)
If you scoped paintings in main El Rubios office you can mix them with that to get your bags full.
If I have coke on airstrip,Im going there (you must shoot only 1 guard,go into hangar ,no alerts)
After that going to drainage tunnel,(you can do it stealth easy)
For escape-main gate ,after that shoot 1 guard ,take his bike jump into sea ,dive, swim, done !

I know im missing some buildings and upgrades cause they are slipping my mind, but thats what the extra 10 million is for, back up and spare cash. I actually have fun with Cayo so I should have no problem with this grind, just get on when I have time and do as many as I can a day and I should be fine, Ill be doing one based on vehicles soon. Lots of Cayo time. (Probably not gonna go with Doomsday or Arcade cause I dont really like the Diamond Hiest or Doomsday Heists, also probably wont get a hanger)

It's a genuine Steam guide so no video nonsense; just something you can open during playing in the Steam overview. It basically covers the near to fastest way ("grinding") the heist, including the 5 mandatory setup missions.
