You cant use mod online. The only mod you can use online are like mega hidden super expensive mod menu
Hell, people are running around rampant in GTA: Online with blatant cheat softwares without even getting a slap on the wrist.

I know it's sound dumb and I admit it. I need to be clean from all the mod I use in story mode though it's just Menyoo, Scripthook and Nudemod but I still need to make sure before playing online.
so better uninstall and delete the whole folder to be save
It does actually check your folder when you launch for files it doesn't recognise, and if it finds any it'll just tell you there's modded files in your game and kick you back to singleplayer.
In contrast to what a lot of people insist on these forums, there are actually anti-mod and anti-cheat protections in this game.
If not, yes.
A lot of mods (openIV & ScriptHook being good examples) tend to keep themselves fairly contained anyway. openIV even has an uninstall option and uses GTA V's DLC system to add the mods in (It doesn't actually modify any of the game files, it overwrites them as they load, that way you can just remove the mods folder and it leaves your install clean).
As for the easiest way to clean it, the bulk of GTA V's asset folders are the .rpf's at the bottom of the games directory. So long as you don't delete those, verifying shouldn't be too painful.
