The game does contain porn in the most loose sense. Softcore pornography is essentially the display of a sexual act that doesn't show actual penetration, and this game contains examples of that. No more than one would see in a rated R film or some other 17+ mature games

There's at least 5 instances where you can see shlongs.
1) After one of Trevor's character switch scenes where he ends up in a dress on Mt. Gordo with no underwear.
