Can't run GTA V - GTA V exited unexpectedly

as the title says whenever i try to run gta i get this error.I tried re-installing the game,validating files,Running as administrator I even installed another version of windows and completely cleaned my hard drives and still nothing happened.If anyone could help i would appreciate it

Specs:
Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM:8 GB
Intel core I5-4460 3.20GHz
Windows 10 pro N 1909

P.S: in my 1k hours i never got this error but if i am not mistaken it all started when Rockstar released their new launcher if that helps.

N version windows. Make sure media feature pack is installed - mfreadwrite link on profile has more info. Crashing starting when they released launcher is pointless if entire hdd got smoked (and brings other variables in). Sounds like a new error manifesting in same way as old crash. Logs/reports may better show. Back in a few hours.

alright i will try all this.Also sorry, i forgot to mention something else that i think i saw on your profile.whenever i try to launch gta from steam/rockstar launcher i get the error i mentioned above.however when i try to launch GTA5.exe from steam's gta folder i would get errors about missing .dll files (more specifically they were mf.dll , mfplat.dll and mfreadwrite.dll).After i manually installed them and placed them in the folder i would get the 0xc000007b error.If this is related in any way please let me know.I will go try the solutions mentioned above now.

It is related - and they are probably wrong versions. Or, you are still missing some like mfcore.
Install the media feature pack for 1909 the correct way - and remove those from gtav folder.

c00007b can also be from corrupt directx files. Incorrect mfp files, and corrupt dx files can also give generic crashes. Or c0000135... 7b.. so on. 7b link on profile as well. If you at any point tried to shovel these into your system32 - and were incorrect files, it can also cause issue - just saying.

Dude i don't know how to thank you enough.I have been trying for at least 5 hours with rockstar support but they didnt help at all.Turns out it was the media feauture pack(and the fact that i didn't remove the manually inserted .dll files in the gta v folder)Gta works for now but if any issues show up later i will let you know.Again,thank you very much
