I want to use a mod and want to know if it will work online or just offline?

No mods online - or risk being banned (can't get online anyway with 'most' sp mods).

Edit - all mods. The only 'exception' would be sweetfx/reshade - and there is doubt there from some, and others who state they have used it for years. YMMV, and is your risk to take.

Edit - and literally on the website you linked - "Warning: GTA V mods are for local gameplay only, and you will have to disable any active mods before attempting to connect to GTA Online."

You can't use mods online, no matter how harmless they are, not even graphic mods are allowed. You can find turnarounds to access online with them but you'll get banned. That's it.

Yea rockstar doesn’t like your files being modified. Not even slightly. It’s bannable.
I understand for online stuff but I wish they’d at least let us mod single player only without effecting online...

That’s why I’m trying to find a mod to add all the online stuff to story so I never have to touch online again. I like all the extra toys you get in online and properties especially (seriously, what were they thinking making so each character only gets 5 reliable car storage spaces, and a couple extremely unreliable ones? Oh right, they are blinded by the dollar signs in their eyes... gotta sell those shark cards in online...)

Ya the mods on www.gta-mods.com are really cool.

I saw Natural Color mod which I think works online, it is a ReShade mod. You might want to try that, I saw the screenshots for that mod and it makes the game look not so bright like the sun lighting is less bright.

Yeh this is annoying, I've recently bought the game for video making, so you can imagine how annoying it is knowing I'm missing out so much content, i have no time or desire to play call of duty in the streets, online.
