[SOLVED] Can´t start Diamond Casino Heist

My friend and i are trying to start the Diamond Casino heist but although we did all of the missions and have everything selected, there is no "Start" button or something. I can´t find anything on google about this. Help ?

So basecally more detailed: I did all needed prep and optional stuff. Great now i go onto the wall about choosing which approaches and where the buyers are. I can look at the options but can not select them. I reloaded and still dident fix anything.

Start the heist first ...invite your friend.....then continue...then you can select the entrance/exit/buyer

Definitely sounds like you're using the wrong order.
