I've heard positive things about the Terrobyte and know that lots of players like grinding the associated Paige missions when those have a bonus active, but I haven't done much with mine and I'm not sure how worthwhile the missions are with only the regular payouts. Owning one requires a nightclub, though you could always hold off on the cargo-related upgrades until you have a need for them.
Long term, as you have some money freed up, I'd invest in Cocaine, Meth, and Weed, especially when those are on discount. If you're going to focus on solo play and your main goal is the nightclub income, you can skip on the upgrades for the individual businesses and also buy the cheapest locations, but that can have serious drawbacks if there's even a remote chance you might want to do the regular cargo work for them in the future.

Just get one business would be my suggestion right now, a Meth Lab. What I've heard is that if you always sell when there's only 2 bars of product, you can make those deliveries fairly easily solo. Over 2 bars and it can be very difficult on your own. A CEO crate warehouse would probably also be a solid investment.
Big picture: The nightclub can have up to 5 technicians, each assigned to one type of cargo, so you want to work your way to having something for them all to do, ideally the most profitable products. You can always have a nightclub with fewer technicians, but in general it's slow to accumulate product, so the more the merrier. A popular nightclub does generate a little cash on its own, but really only pocket change compared to having the cargo side operating at its full potential.
Shouldn't have picked the guy who doesn't use the terrorbyte to answer your question.
100% This, Bought a Nightclub a few weeks back, it was making stuff all until the x2 MC week we had, managed to make enough to buy all the MCs business and I noticed that once I had a technician for all all of them it was more worth it,
All I had at first linked the the Nightclub was the bunker and counterfit cash, yeah it was collecting some but was pretty slow and wasnt making much, but once I had the others linked to it and the technicians to collect the coc, meth, cash, weed guns n such it became much more worth it, that is also when I bought an extra storage so my techs can keep collecting while i keep supplying my coc, meth, weed n such.. Mind You, I havnt even bought any or the 3 upgrades for the nightclub yet.. that 1.4 million upgrade to increase the speed of ur techs collecting goods is a nice chunk of change jaja
TLDR: Nightclub will be worth it, Once you havd the MCs business and technicians to collect for you
The Nightclub and its add-ons can get super expensive, so I gave priority to getting the cargo side generating money at the max level. If I remember correctly, it's around $20m to fully upgrade the club, Terrobyte, and delivery vehicles. Nothing wrong with the Terrobyte path, the money certainly seems decent, but what I tried of the Paige missions wasn't what I feel like grinding. Maybe that'll change if they add more Terrobyte missions in the future. More than anything I bought the Terrobyte to stop her phone calls. Play the game how you like. I'm happy with the choice I made.
Thanks Crusader, I obviously appreciate that. Happy to know that people find that thing useful!
