Sorry man but Rockstar have always maintained that no mods whatsoever are tolerated online, I don't know why people are having such a hard time trying to understand this whole thing. Online modding and griefing is a massive problem in GTA V and now they're using OpenIV to mess with people online. You can only really blame modders for what is happening, they are going to ruin single player modding for everyone, what else do you expect Rockstar/Take Two to do?

I used to run mods online and in singleplayer so it aint like I'm some newb to this whole thing, it's been out of control for ages and something needed to be done.

Exactly. It is impossible to go online when using OpenIV. It's hardcoded into OpenIV itself.

As far as I understand, OpenIV is a multi-purpose file editor and archive manager. It isn't a mod menu or any other type of online cheat. Tampering with the online is done with memory editors, which don't require any file editing, extraction, or injection.
