Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack DLC Does it Work?

The latest reviews here worry me stating if purchased from Steam, nothing seems to happen. The pack is on sale on the Steam store right now, so I'd rather purchase from steam, as it's $10 cheaper. I just want to know if there is an issue with this DLC or are these people just idiots?

I'll just save you 20 dollars and a lot of time by saying this, it's not worth it, at all.

It's most definitely worth it and it works just fine. I say this because I bough the premium online edition last year (during the big sale) and it seriously helped me to get started in GTAO.

The only problem is that for some people it took 24hrs for the pack to activate, that's all.

Do note that I definitely suggest to wait for a sale, when I grabbed it I only had to pay around E 6,- more which was well worth it. But even full price... this pack will save you a lot of grinding and can really help you get started in GTAO.

Yes and no. You get a bunch of properties to start out in businesses, but the time and money you need to actually make those businesses profitable means they're useless to a new player. Unless you've got a couple million to invest in the businesses, the time sink they are means you spend over an hour between stealing supplies and selling the product, just to make around 60k. You can easily make more than that from missions.

Phrasing it differently. If I buy this DLC off the STEAM STORE using the STEAM CLIENT (not IN GAME or SOCIAL CLUB), will I get the content????? Once again, the latest reviews are reporting problems with purchasing this DLC using the Steam store. Please focus on what I'm actually asking and don't ruin my simple question by turning it into a fanboy debate. Either you know the answer or you don't.

I didn't have any issues with it. I had to restart my game because it was open when i purchased it so it didnt register RIGHT AWAY but it was with the first 15 minutes of buying it.

i have it, cus i bough a the GTA V Premium Edition when it was veeery cheap. (i already had GTA5 i made a new steam to buy it and play like a grinding normie) and no, not worthy.
They give you the cheapest office without upgrades, the bunker placed in the butt of the map, you must drive or fly across the map to make 1 supply mission. (no upgrades ofc) a MC clubhouse in mid desert, a vehicle garage near LSIA. and the cheapest house.
useless vehicles. the only good ones are the Vortex and Turismo R. but they are not the fastest ones.

sales can be delayed sometimes especially during sales when all fools buying same ♥♥♥♥ and the server nearly collapse

delay windows up to 72h aren't unusual
