First I'd like to share some general tips... public sessions can be very brutal and unforgiving for new(er) players. So when in doubt be sure to set up an invite-only or friends-only session. You can do this by first starting Story mode and from there use the pause menu to hop into online.
Also keep in mind that later on in the game during CEO missions (and other related missions) you have to be in a public session in order to do these missions. But... there exists something such as a public solo session. Meaning: you are in a public session all on your own and no one can join you unless you wan them. Keep the option in mind for now.
In short...
First you need to buy the CEO office and MC clubhouse. After that you can use the context menu (the blue menu on the left side of the screen) to become either a CEO or Club president. Use the SecuroServ or MC president options for that. You can always enable or disable ("retire") using this same setup.
Once you're a CEO you unlock CEO missions. Just check the context menu, "CEO work". There are several good ones, such as sightseer (can be done using a car, but it'll be easier using your Frogger helicopter) and a few others who's name I can't produce from mind ;)
I personally also enjoy the mission where you have to steal a car from a police station.
These missions can earn you some nice cash.
The main advantage of being a MC president is that you can spawn a motorcycle in an instant and right next to you. At the clubhouse you can also buy businesses. The counterfeit money business is freely available to you.
This business, together with the bunker, can generate product to sell while you're busy doing other stuff. Things like contact missions, gang attacks, whatever. Even CEO missions ;)
All it needs are supplies which you can either buy (for 75k) or steal. If you're new you should definitely steal because otherwise you'll hardly make a profit.
That's roughly the start in a nutshell. Grind, earn money, invest money in stuff which can make you earn more money and you'll be well on your way to get a decent income.
Another well meant tip: don't upgrade your bunker. It's not the best there is. Decent to get started, but you're going to want to move further south at a later time, and if you upgrade a business and then buy into another location you'll lose the upgrades, thus waste money. Which is something you don't want to do this early in the game.
PC version has a max. of 2 characters and both will have all the options available to them. Just like both characters share your money pool. So yes, you can buy a free Frogger chopper on both your characters.
There is only 1 R* server. You can change sessions; each session will have different players logged on and all your items will carry across sessions. There is after all only 1 GTAO server and/or experience.
I'm not sure but it is possible that it takes a few hours to activate. Just check your money.
Hope this can help! And once again I also hope you're going to enjoy yourself.
Now for some blatant self promotion: I'm currently working on a getting started guide for the Premium online edition (so: Criminal Enterprise starters pack), I hope to have it ready next week. Maybe something which could be useful for you.
But... Do use Google and Youtube is also a good source for information on all this.
When your guide is ready drop the link in here, it's exactly what needs to be in here.
From there, do missions from terrorbyte and intersperse with ViP missions as a ceo. You'll make 250k an hour at least (when you learn the routine) and it can be done in private lobbies.
You're welcome.
DON'T do Motorcycle club work, it's too much. You basically become your own driver. Like, that's what the president of an mc club does, drive his product around instead of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ugly road ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the ass while doing lines of speed.
