it does? usually when you commit crimes you get a wanted level and have to deal with the police.

considering the cops are a pushover, and ultimately the player character profits from just about every criminal endeavor they undertake, yes my point stands.

but they still show there are consequences for your actions at least. anyway it shouldn't be teaching kids a thing. 17+ rating after all.
