Bunker vs Facility, is one more profitable than the other?

Would anyone like to weigh in on this? I'm not sure which one I'm going to undertake.

bunker makes money, facility is for heists. Bunker and nightclub for additional passive income would be my choice.

bunker > decent passive business, moc, moc missions, research for mk2 weapon upgrades (including thermal scope, explosive rounds, bunch of upgrades which make rifles laser accurate etc), cosmetics, upgrades for various vehicles, you get shooting range and when you complete it you can get some free weapon pickups, tshirts, you also get access to alien resupply mission, kifflom tattoo later on.
facility>doomsday heists, doing them as host you make lester's ability to remove cops forever free, they can be done with 2 players, tho casino heists and even pacific standard are better. also you gain access to avenger, khanjali, chernobog, rcv, jetpack + extra parking slots for other vehicles. some weapon pickups. orbital cannon. free snacks like in office.

One final question, I got the criminal enterprise starter pack when I purchased the game, is the paleto bunker completely not worth even bothering?

Can I use it as a trade to get a better bunker?

I have a mk1 so it also makes sense for me to do the bunker research to upgrade the bike and put some missiles on it, even if it's not going to be as effective as the mk2.

paleto is worst location ever. also to run bunker effectively, you need upgrades. if you move bunker later on, you lose them. chumash or farmhouse are like meta locations.
well ofc if you plan on fast tracking research for money instead of waiting and don't care about poroduction much for now, you could get paleto till bunkers get dsicounted (should be like in 1-3 weeks) just don't upgrade

So wait until the bunkers are discounted maybe.

I already have a decent amount of money, but I'm in no hurry to spend a ton of it. The only reason why I'd get a bunker is make some extra cash on top of my coke lockup and upgrade my bike. Outside of that I can do without it at least until the special cargo bonus is done.

And yeah I've heard the paleto bunker is just not optimal, I don't know anything about the bogdan exploit or if that's even an actual thing. But I'll probably wait and see if bunkers are discounted.

if u want to glitch facility is miles better, otherwise bunker is one of the best legit businesses

Facility is only worth it if you have at least 1 buddy to heist with and you do finale repeats, the money then blows the bunker out of the water. Otherwise? the facility is just a mediocre purchase.

Nah, it's not worth upgrading but it can still make you a decent amount of money. As long as you don't bother purchasing supplies, you'd have to steal those (one or two times) and then let that run out.

I wouldn't recommend trying any research this way, just use it to get some extra cash. Right until you can relocate. Warning: upgrades reset if you relocate, so don't invest any money into that.

I also started with the starters pack last year and although it was a chore the Paleto Bunker (and the MC businesses) made me some good money. Eventually I relocated the bunker to Route 68 and then upgraded it. Paleto made that a lot easier for me.

Good advice, I waited and now that bunkers are on for cheap, and I did so much grinding on the special cargo 2x event, I had more than enough money to buy a fully tricked out MOC and the farmhouse bunker at a steal for 1.5.

I'm assuming you mean glitching heists, by the latter.
