How to restart mission

I'm knew and I have been stuck on this one mission, but everytime i fail it takes me back to the online lobby. how do I just restart that mission without going back to the lobby.

You click the button that says "Page Up". Mine is located above my Arrow Keys.

What mission? You usually cannot restart a mission until you failed it, depending on the mission. It's done on the voting screen.

ok thank you very much and the mission was the lamar mission where u drive the lowriders to a tawainese gang but you have to avoid the cops and then you get into a shoot out with ballas
